The printing on personalised golf balls is fairly durable but it isn't permanent. The personalised service is a semi-permanent print, so will wear during play.We cannot definitively state how long your design will last - this depends on a range of different variables, such as:

• The golf ball you choose
• The nature of the printed design
• The weather conditions while you're golfing

The print will not wash off the balls, but playing in very dry conditions may mean the grass has an abrasive effect on the balls and so the logo may wear quicker if a course is very dry.

No you can not return personalised items unless WE have made a mistake. Once you personalise a product we would have to scrap it if returned. Make sure you follow size guides carefully and check any design you add before ordering.
